We just finished Milestone M38 (Jun 02 – Jun 15). Let’s dive in to see what we accomplished in M38.

NeetoCal now offers better communication and more flexible booking options. You can send SMS through workflows, embed the intro page directly into your website, and accept ACH direct debit payments in the U.S. Round Robin scheduling is easier to manage with a new troubleshooting view, and email notifications are now fully customizable, including headers. NeetoRecord is now smoother to navigate and more powerful for viewers. The player’s progress bar shows buffered sections for faster skipping, and embedded videos can autoplay with sound muted.
On the web, CTA buttons have a cleaner UI, more customization options, a live preview, and more were added to NeetoRecord.
NeetoForm just got more organized, you can now move forms across workspaces with ease. We’ve also added a small UI tweak that auto-selects labels when adding new elements, making edits faster.
Several bugs were fixed, including issues with Mailchimp mappings, incorrect error pages, test emails, notification URLs. And much more was covered in NeetoForm.
NeetoDesk now features a consistent file upload UI, cleaner rich text fields, and smoother ticket-to-customer navigation. Admins can manage email domain lists, set categories in automation rules, and use bulk actions in customer views. We’ve also improved spam filtering and fixed related bugs. NeetoKB now includes two new themes—Horizon and Elevate. We’ve added clearer indicators for private categories, a keyboard shortcut for folder creation, and small UI improvements like hiding article counts in empty folders. These and a few bugs were fixed in NeetoKB.
NeetoChat focused mainly on bug fixes this milestone. We trimmed rich text inputs using NeetoEditor and resolved issues with sidebar filter counts, customer block dialogs, ticket status handling, and Slack article links.
Additional fixes addressed mailer errors, duplicate visitors, widget behaviour, and Safari 17 rendering issue.
NeetoPlanner introduced real-time updates in the Board view and Task details pane, along with a new notifications sidebar for Activities and Mentions.
Several bugs were fixed, including issues with archived project links, tag colors, unarchiving projects, section deletion confirmations, and email reply rendering. Read more in detail on NeetoPlanner’s M38 milestone blog.
In Milestone M38, several new features and improvements were introduced, including a revamped EUI page layout for better usability, RSS feed support for automatic content updates, and thumbnail image support with visibility settings.
Additionally, custom domain support was added to email links for consistent branding, and outgoing emails now use the blog name as the display name instead of "NeetoPublish" to enhance recognition.
NeetoDeploy now has support for SQLite and PostgreSQL 16, improved Kpack build pods with volume mounts, and has begun migrating to Pack CLI for greater control and flexibility.
A custom cost model was introduced for usage-based billing, deprecated code was cleaned up, and work began on streamlining onboarding for Rails and Next.js apps.
NeetoEngage now supports tagging feature requests for easier organization and filtering, offers live preview for customization changes to see updates instantly, and includes updated default feature request sections with clearer categories for better tracking.
Additionally, key bugs were fixed, including resolving search issues with irrelevant results and correcting header link validation errors. Check out all the updates in detail here.
