You can create a ticket by clicking Create ticket on NeetoDesk option during a chat and it will create a ticket.
Tickets created from chat conversations are linked to the original chat interaction. This linkage allows you to reference the chat transcript or history directly from the ticket and ensures a complete record of the customer's journey.
